  • What does the number 5 mean?
    The number 5 stands for the five scientifically developed training phases that are purposefully applied in every VAMIT-5 workout to transform the body on multiple levels at the same time. Each phase lasts around 10 minutes, and every participant must complete all five phases for the workout to be considered successfully finished. PUMP PHASE – Through intense “pumping” of blood into the muscles (using kettlebells), a powerful hypertrophy stimulus is triggered. The muscles are deliberately placed under high tension and programmed for rapid growth. SLOW PHASE – Slow, controlled execution of VAMIT-5 movements enables maximum stretching of the fascia and opens up the capillaries – this improves nutrient delivery and creates space for muscle growth. VO₂ MAX PHASE – This phase rapidly increases your maximum oxygen intake and boosts mitochondrial growth in the body. Your cardiovascular system is pushed to the limit – your endurance will skyrocket. BLOCK PHASE – 4 to 6 exercises are performed in 3 rounds with minimal rest. The goal: maximum workload in minimum time – to build raw strength, conditioning, and mental toughness.
